The dual-purpose clamp is design to hang on. the harder the pull, the tighter the wedge jaw closes.
The wedge is removable and can be hooked over the protruding clamp ends for a right angle pull on
a panel of rocker panel. The deep jaws are designed to fit over flanges but are shallow enough to fit
into tight places.
