If your prodict should be damaged or defective, please E-mail us within 15 days of shipment
to obtain a retrun authorization.
Please E-mail us and we will do our very best to assist you. If there has been a mistake on our part,
we will send you a replacement at no charge including prepaid shipping.
As a result of our thorough and protective packaging methods, breakage during shipping is a rare occurrence.
In the unlikely event of shipping damage, you must contact the carrier immediately to report any breakage.
